 Christophe Kunze studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Karlsruhe, Germany (Diploma) until 2000. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as a research assistant in the area of personal health monitoirng and telemedicine at the Institute for Information Processing Technolgy (ITIV) at Univerity of Karlsruhe. He obtained his PhD for his work on "Ubiquitous Healthcare: Application of ubiquitous computing in telehealth monitoring" in 2005.He became Head of the Research Division Embedded Systems and Sensors Engineering (ESS) at FZI Research Center for Information Technology, Karlsruhe, in 2006.
