Veli Bicer is a research scientist at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology. He holds two B.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Education and Instructional Technology, and one M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He has several publications in many international conferences, journals, books, and is co-editor of recently published book “Modern Software Engineering Concepts and Practices”. He participated in national and international research and industry projects including large German Internet project Theseus, EU-ICT Artemis, Satine, Saphire and Ride projects.
