Hans-Jörg is a research assiociate in the group of Prof. Rudi Studer. His main research interests are knowledge management for distributed teams ("social software"), the application of ontologies in Software Engineering and the “Semantic Web” in general. He is currently working in the EU-funded project TEAM and the BMBF-funded project WAVES, both dealing with assisting distributed software development. Hans-Jörg has an interdisciplinary background in Information Systems, Software Engineering and Organizational Theory.
