After a year abroad in Australia and New Zealand, Florian Pier studies since 2007 towards his “Bachelor of Science in Economics and Engineering” at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), formerly the University of Karlsruhe.
Since December 2009 he works as a student assistant at FZI in the department of Information Process Engineering (IPE).
His main activities are the projects Stroke Angel and Ambient Assisted Living where he is under the supervision of Tom Zentek.
