I have studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and received my diploma in 2007.
The topic of my diploma thesis centred around machine learning in the field of spiking neuronal networks.
Currently, I am working on Soprano, an EU-funded project which focuses on ambient assisted living for the elderly population.
Within Soprano, I am invovled in developing a context-aware rule-based system tailored to the needs of older Europeans.
My main tasks consist of participation in design and implementation of a context-aware system and modelling the user context.
