xel Siebenborn was born in Merzig, in 1972. He studied electronic engineering at the university of Karlsruhe. The emphasis of his studies was the design of electronic systems. Since may 2000 he is an employee at the FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik in the research group SiM. His working area is the analysis of the timing behavior of embedded Systems.
