Alexandra Backof

Research Scientist


Alexandra Backof studied psychology at the university of Mannheim. Priorities during her studies were consumer psychology, clinical psychology and psychiatry. She wrote her thesis, entitled "A mobile, Context-Aware Assisted Living System for the Blind: Requirements Analysis, Evaluation and Practical Concerns" at the department of computer science IV at the university of Mannheim. Since December 2014, she is employed as a research scientist at the research department ESS at FZI.
