Information Event of the Project "Cyberwehr Baden-Wurttemberg"

The information event is addressed to IT security providers. Representatives of the FZI and CyberForum introduce the project and participation opportunities in greater detail.

Cyber attacks constitute a threat to the economy of our country. Cyberwehr Baden-Wurttemberg wants to face this challenge together with IT security providers. The Ministry of the Interior of the State of Baden-Wurttemberg chose the IT region Karlsruhe as the test area.

In concrete terms, the aim is to be able to offer small and medium-sized companies in Baden-Württemberg rapid "first aid". IT security services can play a decisive role in IT security emergencies. You now have the opportunity to participate in the pilot project "Cyberwehr" and to be on board from the very beginning, in order to introduce your own services and solutions.

In the framework of an information event, representatives of the FZI and CyberForum present the project in greater detail. We would especially like to invite IT security service providers to the premises of the CyberForum in the Hoepfner-Burg. A registration is required.

About Cyberwehr

Cyberwehr is a project of the FZI Research Center for Information Technology, CyberForum e.V., the Karlsruhe IT security initative Karlsruher IT-Sicherheitsinitiative KA-IT-Si and the DIZ | Digital Innovation Centre, and it is funded by the Ministry of the Interior, Digitisation and Migration of the State of Baden-Wurttemberg. As a contact and consulting centre for small and medium-sized companies as well as coordination centre for hacker attacks, Cyberwehr links security authorities, economy and science. The aim is to expand the offer after the test phase, throughout the nation and to create regional infrastructures that are effective in acute IT security incidents.
