Business Process and Software Management

Overview

Today, the increasing competitive pressure through globalisation, and the increasing complexity and mobilisation of business processes leave their mark on economic developments. Especially small and medium-sized companies have to deal with increasingly complex value chains, shorter evolution cycles and rising quality demands. Therefore, key factors of success are both adequate management and sustainable mobilisation of business processes regarding the efficient and effective support of mobile employees.

We support you in the identification (e. g. survey techniques, process mining) and modelling of business processes by using common modelling languages (e. g. BPMN, EPC, Petri nets) and we scientifically analyse these models (e. g. via reachability analyses, simulation, evaluation of metrics or resource utilisation).

In order to realise the identified business processes, we support you in turning the business processes into business software. Furthermore, we support you in improving and complying with your software development processes as well as in the development of business software.

Our offer

  • Acquisition of business processes and interfaces
  • Analysis and simulation of business process models
  • Introduction and improvement of software development processes
  • Accompaniment during the development phase and quality assurance
