Kilian Dengler studied Electrical and Information Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, specializing in signal processing. After completing his master's degree in 2021, he initially worked as a research associate at the Communications Engineering Lab, conducting research on optimization algorithms in communications technology. From 2023 to 2024, he participated in the Digital Trainee Program at Deutsche Bahn, where he applied data science and optimization methods in practice.

Since January 2025, Kilian Dengler has been working at FZI in the Information Process Engineering department, researching vehicle routing algorithms for public transportation.
