Participation Event ROBDEKON
Use of robotics in nuclear decommissioning
The participation event on nuclear technology, organized by the ROBDEKON competence center, presents the latest findings and current research status of robot systems and the use of robotics in nuclear decommissioning. The focus is on approved robotic solutions and other desirable support scenarios, whether for decommissioning, building decontamination and clearance, or the decontamination of plant components.
During the course of the day, the event will focus on two main topics: “Current robotics developments for the dismantling of nuclear facilities” and “Current robot research for handling plant components and hazardous substances.” In the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to experience and operate the developed demonstrators live in three sessions of approximately 45 minutes each.
