Knowledge and technology transfer have always been part of the FZI’s mission. Through the FZI Academy, we systematically share the insights and experience gained from our applied computer science research. This knowledge is generated in numerous research and development projects in which the FZI has been collaborating with renowned partners for over 40 years.
The FZI Academy is supported by experienced experts who develop, test, and apply these technologies in their research. They share their knowledge out of conviction and to help companies, partners, and interested parties build their own expertise and achieve sustainable growth.
Fabian Rigoll heads the Information Process Engineering division at the FZI and conducts research on energy data management, data protection, and intelligent information systems.
Dr. Dirk Achenbach heads the Cybersecurity and Law research division at the FZI, combining cryptography research, IT security, and practical experience to support a secure digital transformation.
