Agentic Coding – Hands-On Programming with Agent-Based AI
Workshop
AI agents are revolutionizing software development. In this workshop, you’ll learn in a concise and practical way how agent-based AI can support programming tasks and, in some cases, handle them independently.
After a brief introduction, the focus shifts to hands-on experimentation: Working through various tasks, participants collaborate with AI agents to develop small applications and workflows. They are also encouraged to contribute their own ideas and questions.
Typical use cases include, for example:
- Extracting and processing information from Websites
- Converting and transforming data
- Analyzing and visualizing data
- Creating small automation routines and utility programs
In addition, you’ll receive practical tips on how to use AI agents for software review, testing, and quality assurance.
Target audience
The workshop is intended for people who already have experience with AI language models such as ChatGPT and would like to deepen their understanding of agent-based AI. Programming experience is helpful but not required.
Prerequisites
- Basic experience working with AI language models (such as ChatGPT)
- No personal devices required
Participation is free of charge. Space is limited. Registration is required.
TASTE and EDIH-AICS
Experts from Transformations-Hubs Automotive Software Engineering TASTE are conducting the workshop in collaboration with the European Digital Innovation Hub for Applied Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
The European Digital Innovation Hub for Applied Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity is funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism and the Ministry of the Interior, Digitalisation and Europe of Baden-Württemberg.
