Workshop "AI Sovereignty in Practice - From optional to mandatory"
European Hybrid Event as part of the European AI Innovation Month
On November 10, 2026, from 9:00 to 14:00, the FZI Research Center for Information Technology, in collaboration with the European Digital Innovation Hub Applied AI and Cybersecurity and the TASTE project, invites you to a hybrid workshop dedicated to strengthening AI competencies within organizations. Specifically targeted at SMEs and Public Sector Organizations (PSOs) from all over Europe, the event aims to empower participants to use AI technologies securely. Among the highlights of the day will be entertaining AI applications and a 2-hour on-site workshop in Karlsruhe, where attendees will practice how to code using local infrastructure without sending data abroad.
This event promotes digital sovereignty and contributes to a robust European AI ecosystem by enabling secure, local innovation. Participants will gain insights into trustworthy AI adoption strategies that align with European values.
