Jasper Büll studied Political Science and Human Rights and Humanitarian Action through a dual-degree program between Freie Universität Berlin and Sciences Po Paris (Paris School of International Affairs). During his studies, he put particular emphasis on political and democratic theory, the political economy of the digital transformation, political geography, and the study of political conflicts.

Jasper initially joined the FZI in 2023. He is currently investigating the impact of social and political engagement on the transformation of democratic societies in Germany and the US as part of the research project TACIT.
