EDIH-AICS

European Digital Innovation Hub applied Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity

Start: 02.2023

End: 01.2026

In the European Digital Innovation Hub applied Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity (EDIH-AICS), the vision of secure, sustainable, and European sovereign artificial intelligence (AI) in science and business becomes a reality.

With this objective, EDIH-AICS provides a comprehensive package of services to support digitalization of local, national, and European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and public sector organizations in the following areas of application:

  • Production (AI Engineering)
  • Mobility (Future Mobility)
  • Energy (Zero Emission)
  • Trade/Services (Sustainable Supply Chains/Business Models) and
  • Public Administration (Innovation Processes & Digital Citizen Participation), including the necessary infrastructure.

As project coordinator, the FZI is responsible for managing the entire project. The FZI also coordinates the services concerning mobility and the field of action for “Test before Invest.”

Companies and public institutions gain access to the necessary expertise, know-how, and services for their digital transformation.

Alongside the AI & Cybersecurity consultation on all levels of knowledge, the FZI House of Living Labs with its seven living labs offers an experimental space for SMEs to test new technologies from various application areas.
