Sarai Eilebrecht studied computer ccience at the Karslruhe Institute of Technology with focus on security and cryptography as well as theoretic foundations on computer science.

Since September 2021, she is a research scientist in the research division Cybersecurity and Law. Since March 2026, she also runs the department for cryptographic research.
