GodotCamp 2026
The community event centered around the Godot Engine
Whether you’re a Godot expert or a beginner, GodotCamp 2026 is the place for everyone to discover the open-source Godot game engine, learn more about it, discuss it with others, and connect with the community. All in a BarCamp format.
The GodotCamp Karlsruhe is an event for anyone interested in the Godot Engine.
It is considered particularly accessible, supports both 2D and 3D projects, and allows for export to numerous platforms, including the web and virtual reality/XR.
It can be used to develop not only video games but also conventional, cross-platform applications.
GodotCamp as BarCamp
Unlike a traditional conference, GodotCamp doesn’t feature pre-scheduled talks – instead, participants bring their own topics to the BarCamp! Whether you want to present an idea, ask a question, or just listen: anything goes.
From tips for beginners to in-depth technical discussions – the participants have a say.
Topic suggestions are presented at set times; if they generate enough interest, they are added directly to the schedule. This creates a dynamic program tailored to the community, featuring talks, workshops, and panel discussions.
Join us at the open GodotCamp 2026!

Organizer
The Godot Stammtisch Karlsruhe e.V. grew out of a small group of people interested in game development who met regularly to exchange ideas. Since then,
it has grown into a vibrant community that can already look back on over a year of association history. The Barcamp has become a tried-and-true format for further promoting the active Godot scene in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area, establishing additional events, and raising the profile of independent game development.
