Ann-Katrin Dreher studied law at the University of Freiburg and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe.

She has been working as a research associate in the "Cybersecurity and Law" research area since April 2022.

In 2025, she completed further training as an expert in personnel and labor law.
