FZI Live
Trick or Treat
Is AI an opportunity or a risk for cybersecurity?
Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally changing cybersecurity – both on the defensive side and on the side of potential attackers. For businesses, particularly SMEs and the industrial sector, as well as government agencies, local authorities, and policymakers, this creates new opportunities, new risks, and a need for action.
As part of the FZI event, we will examine how AI can help strengthen cybersecurity, what new vulnerabilities and threat scenarios are emerging, and what framework conditions the business community, government, and policymakers need to ensure they are resilient and prepared for the future.
In addition to expert insights, a subsequent panel discussion featuring representatives from politics, academia, and business will provide a forum for diverse perspectives on how companies and public institutions can use AI safely. What responsibilities do policymakers and regulators bear? And how can research and innovation be successfully translated into practice?
The event is aimed at stakeholders from business, industry, government, local authorities, and politics who are interested in current developments in AI and cybersecurity and would like to discuss opportunities, risks, and concrete courses of action together.
