Robotic systems are complex and usually do not provide intuitive interfaces and enough information about their internal state to the users around them. Developing new ways of communication between robot and human, enable a more efficient and safe interaction, in order to make them share the same workspace in a natural way as humans do. Technologies such as Virtual and Augmented reality, as well as communication channels like speech can be used to enhance the human-robot interaction, defining new possibilities for robotics applications.


We are working to make a more efficient and intuitive way to interact and communicate with robots, with the help of Virtual and Augmented Reality technologies. Your task is to provide support in researching new interaction methods, as well as testing and developing the needed components.
