In the Cybersecurity and Law (CSL) research division, FZI researchers investigate practical methods, tools, and principles for secure digitalization. Key areas of focus include cryptographic methods, the development of secure systems, the identification of vulnerabilities in those systems, and the assessment of legal frameworks, such as those related to data protection, IT security, and the use of AI.
