The success story of Open Experience
From research to construction site
Construction sites generate enormous amounts of data every day—from photos and notes to defect reports and logs. For a long time, however, this data was rarely recorded or used in a structured way. For former FZI researcher Konstantin Krahtov, this was precisely the starting point for an idea: to organize construction sites so that information flows as efficiently as materials and machinery. This idea led to the creation of the FZI spin-off company Open Experience GmbH in 2009.
